Trucking Accidents
Truck accidents are of a serious nature as they carry heavy loads and are caused due to driver fatigue, speedy and rash driving, consumption of drugs or alcohol by drivers, blind spot turns, and break failures. Many states require a truck driver to drive slower than drivers of other vehicles. Besides the driver of the vehicle, the owner, manufacturer, and the brake maker of the truck will also be held liable for the accident. This makes the determination of fault more complex. Each state has a different set of rules and regulations governing truck accidents.
